Hi! My name is Jesse and I own R.A.E Hair Studio in Balgowlah.

R.A.E (pronounced “RAY”) stands for Real Authentic Energy, and is my new business venture with a dynamic take on the hair industry.

While there are many talented hairdressers currently working in this industry, I believe what makes me special is that the name of my business, and what it stands for, perfectly embodies the energy I bring to each and every one of my clients, and the services I provide.

Born and rasied locally on the Northern Beaches, I feel ‘lived-in’, low maintence, bright and dimensional hair colour is where my passion lies. As a single mum of 3 teenagers, I genuinely understand how precious spare time has become with the constant demands of daily life and the endless “life admin” on our plates.

As a result, I take great care when consulting with each client to understand their ‘dream hairstyle ’ advising them on hair colour, tone and styles of cut to complement their features, skin tone, and face shape.

Ultimately, my goal is to ensure every client leaves the salon not only feeling confident but genuinely beautiful.
